This is a Qi Map of a palm oil tycoon’s house based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Subject suffered from stroke in Yin 寅 month.

The information is from the Subject’s daughter who is a fan of 13 Voices.  She provided photos, BaZi and layout.  We have the permission of his family to discuss the house’s Qi Map.  No photos or BaZi will be disclosed as this brief Qi Map gives sufficient clue to the cause of his stroke which meets the tendency in his BaZi.

The family has requested for a second opinion of a plausible Feng Shui cause of what had been seemingly a perfect Feng Shui house, if any.

I checked Google Earth (which gives a clear River/canal mapping) and the house layout to come up with above Qi map.  The measurements are from the papers scanned by the daughter scribbled by a well respected Feng Shui master who assessed & designed the place.  The master has passed on in 2006.  (Correction 17 June 2010:  It was the son of the Master who audited the place.)

Indeed, from both San He and San Yuan perspectives the house has excellent formations, landform and layout that allows the Internal Feng Shui to meet the Macro / External Feng Shui 外氣內氣之相應. The locations and configuration of Doors, Gates, Kitchen, Rooms and Qi Flow are almost faultless.

The Subject has moved into this house with large compound in 2004.  His business has flourished beyond anyone’s imagination with the appreciation of palm oil prices and expansion of plantations. His wife and 2 children also did well since they moved into this house.

What is the problem?

In 2007, a pylon within sight of his master bedroom was constructed.  The location of this pylon about 100m from the house and within Yin mountain to the house.

In February this year, lightning striked at this pylon and the structure almost toppled.  Same month, the Subject slipped in his bathroom and suffered heart attack then a stroke while on route to a hospital in Singapore. While, he is still hospitalised, the family hopes to find the cause in Feng Shui and protects him when he returns to the house by end June.

On query of the case’s background, we learnt that the son of the late Feng Shui master, who is as respected in the local community, offered the same advice about the pylon.

The problem is location of a Sha Qi (Killing Force) and (bad) timing.  His room and his BaZi are afflicted with the Grand Duke Sha from the pylon.  Such afflictions enact upon occupants with bad timing.

The pylon is in 2010′s Tai Sui (or Grand Duke) location.  The Subject needs to move to the guestroom to recuperate.   A minor renovation may only start from February 2011 to cover the pylon from sight if they wish to locate the Subject back to the master bedroom.

Hopefully, the family invites him to nurse the Subject’s health using Feng Shui alignments, while continuing with medical treatment.  Their lineage is known for 些子法 Xie Zi Fa.  Our best wishes to his recovery.  :-)
