This is one of the most successful up market shopping mall to open in recent years. It is still one of the hotspot for locals and foreigners as well.
Check out the Feng Shui of the Mall. It must be designed by a Master who is very well versed in the techniques of San Yuan School of thoughts. There again, it is facing West with locations of main doors in the Northwest and Southwest positions. Xuan Kong technique is of no use here as it violated the principles of Direct and Indirect Spirit locations. The water feature located in the Northwest sector also violated the same principle. As for Flying Star Method, there is no main door in the west location where the auspicious Period 8 star is located. Star 4 is located in the Southwest and Star 9 is located in the Northwest. These are not the best positions and good structures in term of star and palace interactions.
The locations of the water features that connect from one location to another are the tell tale signs of the work of a San Yuan Master. It was said that this technique was lost and not many know how it works. Obviously, those who know kept a very low profile. These really are the Great Masters!
This technique is known as the San Yuan 64 Gua; which has a very different fundamental from Xuan Kong Da Gua. San Yuan 64 Gua is a Feng Shui technique whereas Xuan Kong Da Gua is a date selection technique.

I would like to know why the main door is consider to the upper lever-M Floor (Luxury floor) and not the Ground Floor (Gourmet Paradise)?
My Master mentioned something about the Top Trigram and Bottom Trigram to form a Hexagram and that 是巨门、非巨门,非巨门、是巨门. Not all open places can see water because of 黄气 and 白气 differentiation.
Dear Jessie and Kenneth,
The ground floor main entrance is on the west sector.
You may be interested to note that the ground floor is not the only way to tap energy. In San Yuan(“三元”) Feng Shui, every openings/entrance/exit/balcony can be used.
Hope this helps
