Date of 1st Assessment:  February 2009

I care deeply about this family… The couple had career crisis.  The wife had work issues – subordinate from hell who wouldn’t cooperate with her and a boss who doesnt appreciate her performance at work.  The husband had growth issues in his boarding school business.  While, their kids’ and their wards’ school grades have been so-so.

I told the wife to be patient as it was evident in her chart that she will have opportunities to find better jobs latter in the year.

The flat is located in the corner of an L-shaped corridor beside a lift.  It is a remodeled flat to cater for foreign kids who are boarding with the couple.  There are many restrictions in their landform and the internal layout.

What did I do?

1.  Align all their beds.

2. Re-arrange the layouts.

3.  Renovate the door.

That was in February, 2009.

By end May, the wife had 4 jobs/business proposals – all offers surpass her current job.  She took up the offer to start up a new business with an investment of quarter of a million.  The offer allows her to have the autonomy to run the business and she will have substantial shares in the set up.

The husband won some 4-D lottery (which is not why I practice Feng Shui…)

The kids, including, their wards, reported 10% to 20% improvement in their school grades.

This is just playing with internal San He Feng Shui.  Dont you think our Chinese ancestors are genius?
