We went in to align the office in May 2009. The business was suffering from the economy’s downturn. The alignment consisted of layout changes in reception, and 2 floors of offices occupying the management, sales, accounts and administrations.
Within one week, the business owner reported voluntary early payments from some clients, and, an opportunity, which will keep the company’s production busy for 9 months. They are close to signing the contract as we last spoke.
The staff morale is better and sense of cooperation is back.
