Date of 1st Assessment:  February 2009.

It started out as a favour to a friend who becomes a Client.  The location is in a mall with a hypermarket.  There are many competitions.  What did we recommend?

1.  Change location of a side door to receive Qi

2.  Swap the main entrance screen.

3.  Fill the cafe up with more tables.

4.  Align the Cash register.

The minor changes were done in March.  April sales was up 12%.  May’s sales was up 30%.
